The
Rev. Daniel Soares Bomfim Mission has developed a building program
that has reached hundreds of families. The program provides the equipment
and resources to provide small repairs, water lines, and other tasks
to residents of St Barbara that are in need. Additionally, homes are
built for those without a place to live. Through the efforts of WL
Management of Atlanta, Georgia and many churches in the USA, over
10 homes have been built. It costs around $3000 US dollars to build
a 10 x 15 foot structure. It is divided into 2 rooms and a kitchen
with floors, one bathroom, windows and doors. Any mission team desiring
to build one of these homes, please contact our ministry for further
