Rick Bonfim Ministries operates the Mission Rev. Daniel Soares Bomfim (MRDSB)  in neighborhood of St. Barbara, in Niteroi city, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. For the last 38 years, this mission has fed the poor, attended to the needy and build homes in the hills of Sta. Barbara. A dream of Rev. Daniel Bonfim came into reality, as a clinic developed with a doctors serving the population of the area. Emaus Clinic is a great blessing to many offering medical care for a nominal fee.

The Mission Rev. Daniel Soares Bomfim (MRDSB) has a board of directors. Rev. Rick Bonfim serves as president, Dr. Daniel Bonfim serves vice-president with Jorge Figueiredo as Administrator. Thew MRDSB operates as a non-profit corporation under the Brazilian Government. Besides Emaus Clinic, a Methodist Church operates within the facilities. Daily the Alan Lindsey Feeding Program bring warm good to a large number of needy persons. It operates  daily supplying meals to families with children and the elderly.
